Qualifications:
- B.Sc. (Chemistry as main subject)/M. Sc. (Chemistry)
Professional Experience:
- About 1-2 years' (for B. Sc.) or one year's (for M. Sc.) experience in instrumental and chemical analysis and good exposure to modern instrumental techniques viz., UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, KF Titration unit, Polarimeter, TOC analyzer etc.

Specific Job Requirements:
- Sampling of raw, finished and packaging materials
- Routine analysis of product inputs and products at their intermediate and final stages
- Testing of packaging materials
- Preparation, standardization and maintenance of laboratory reagents and solutions
- Verification and calibration of instruments
- Preparation and standardization of working standards
- Preparation of specifications and test procedures
- Maintaining relevant records and log books
- Interpretation and compilation of data
- Maintaining GLPs
